Meet Keia Stepter The Master Strategist

Keia, your Humble Takeover is your story. Although one post could not tell your whole story, we are glad to highlight a few of your Great efforts. Tell the family where you started and how you got to where you are today. 

I started my career with an entry level HR position, over a span of 10 years I held many top management positions within the organization ending as a director for over 600 employees. That chapter set a great foundation, afforded an amazing life and I was able to finish my degree all while working there, but after realizing it just wasn’t the life I wanted with no days off, constant calls and still working for someone else, I thought I wanted to transition to politics. Needless to say, that chewed me up and spat me out. Lol

 Little did I know it gave me exactly what I needed to start my self journey. I vowed after that experience I would never work for anyone again. That very same year, Craft it Consulting was born with the intent to genuinely help people and their businesses grow. As I realized the impact Craft It Consulting had on so many lives, I knew I needed to do more for the community which is where my medical companies and life coaching came in after. 

Which chapter in your story inspired your current venture?

It was my experience with transitioning industries that made me know working for others just wasn’t for me. 

 What keeps you Humble through your success and failure in Life? 

I know that life happens to all of us even when we don’t sign up for the not so great parts. No one is exempt no matter how much good we do, with that I spend my time helping others see and reach their full potential in all aspects of life. 

What advice would you offer our family who is writing their own story? 

It’s your story and you don’t owe any explanation to anyone. Lead with love, kindness and genuine intentions the rest will fall in line.
